Our care solutions are tailored to you. There are no standard pre-made or pre-populated care plans because each client’s care situation is different.

A variety of options, for a variety of clients

We understand that each family’s situation is different, and we have designed five different service lines with your needs in mind. Pick and choose from one or more, and we’ll make a care plan based on your needs.

• Companion Care: This type of care encompasses a wide range of services, including nutrition support, light housekeeping, laundry, and help with errands. This option is ideal if you are unsure how of how much care you need, or if you don’t require a lot of assistance.
• Personal Care: Personal care is hands-on. This type of care pertains to the 6 activities of daily living, including showering and feeding. Some of the tasks that caregivers can help with are emptying catheters and urinals, applying shampoo, and providing care for clients that are living with Chronic Heart Failure or those that are recovering at home from a stroke.
• Live-In Care: We offer a 24/7 care solution, to make sure that you have someone by your side. Have fewer people coming in and out of your house, with the peace of mind that someone will always be there.
• Respite Care: Everyone needs a break every now and then. By using respite care, you can take time for yourself to rest and recharge, while a qualified and trained caregiver takes care of your family.
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care: If your loved one is living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, our expertly trained caregivers can engage them in meaningful activities that preserve their memory. Caregivers can make nutritious meals, encourage participation in activities, and play games that nourish your loved one’s cognitive health.

Starting the right care is simple and easy.

To get started with care, we will set up a free in-home consultation with one of our care managers, and they’ll work with you to create an all-inclusive care plan that details each visit from beginning to end.

The care manager will do a full head-to-toe assessment of the individual needing care, and take the time to understand what you as a family member need from these services as well. Our work is not complete without the whole family being satisfied with the care provided.

Then we will work with you to create a schedule that best suits your loved one as well as your needs, with a perfectly matched caregiver based on several compatibility traits. From personality to specific training needs, we will take any preferences and requirements into consideration.

Once you meet the caregiver and know that it’s a great fit, care can begin. We’ll perform regular check-ins by phone and in person to make sure that everything meets your expectations and to evaluate the client for changes.
